Items must be returned within their original condition and must not have been worn. All items must also have their tags still attached. None of this affects your statuary rights.

If you have received an item which is not in perfect condition, please get in touch with us by emailing hello@looksfit.com. You can also email us if you have any queries about the returns process.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving your item. 

Please note we do not accept returns after 28 days of you receiving your order. If you attempt to return an item after the 28 days these will not be accepted and your order will be returned back to you and you will be liable for postage. The only time we may accept returns after the 28 days is when the item is clearly faulty. If you believe your item to be faulty, please email clear pictures of the fault to us at hello@looksfit.com.
