United Kingdom

Delivery: Cut off times and area restrictions apply. Please note 2-4 days delivery is only available within the United Kingdom.

Cut off times: Please order to by 12pm to receive in 2-4 working days

Delays: We will try our best to ensure your package isn’t delayed however there may be slight delays on some orders due to unforeseen circumstances. These include delays due to: weather, traffic, logistics, the delivery premises being inaccessible to the courier and when we receive high volumes of orders. You may also experience delays with delivery around bank and public holidays. Delays may also occur around busy periods and may be impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. We will not be held responsible or liable for any delivery delays, or by our delivery partners. We will aim to keep you up to date if your parcel is going to be delayed, however these updates cannot be guaranteed. 

Exclusions:

Delivery will not be made on Sundays, bank or public holidays. The order will only be delivered on working days by the courier.

 

Orders are dispatched Monday- Friday only. (Please note we are closed for business Saturday and Sunday)

Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched Monday.

 Delivery: We will try our best to meet the times shown at the checkout however sometimes there may be delays. International delivery is not guaranteed within the times showcased at the checkout, but rather an estimation due to customs.

Customs charges/taxes: You may receive custom charges/taxes depending on the value of your order which you will be liable for. It is difficult for us to give you an estimation on custom charges however in most countries you won’t receive fees on orders under the value of £20. We cannot unfortunately give estimations in regard to customs charges as these vary for each country and to the value of the order. To see more information about your countries custom/duty charges, please visit your local customs website. By law we also cannot change or alter the price of any merchandise to appear cheaper to customs offices. All orders will have the correct value showcased.

European custom charges/taxes: Since Brexit has now taken place, countries within Europe may also incur import taxes and charges. It is your responsibility to pay these charges and will vary for each order.
