Returns And Exchanges


We hope that you will love your items as much as we do.  However, if you are not happy with your items you can return to us for a small fee (if you are based in the UK). The postage fee for the return will be deducted from your refund amount. Returns need to be made within 28 days of you receiving your order. To make a return simply follow the steps below. 


For international returns, you will need to pay for the return. Always use the returns label which came within your parcel to return your order. Please keep in mind you may also have to pay taxes and customs charges.


  1. Repackage your items you would like return in original packaging.
  1. On the returns sheet inside of your parcel, fill in reason for return. Peel off the returns address label and place on the front of your parcel. Place the returns sheet in the bag along with the items you are wanting to return.
  1. Seal the package and take to your local post office where the parcel can then be scanned and returned to us.
  1. Please keep your proof of return safe from the post office just in case your order gets lost. You will receive an email when we have received your return and your return is being processed.

Returns policy

Items must be returned within their original condition and must not have been worn. All items must also have their tags still attached. None of this affects your statuary rights.

If you have received an item which is not in perfect condition, please get in touch with us by emailing You can also email us if you have any queries about the returns process.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving your item. 

Please note we do not accept returns after 28 days of you receiving your order. If you attempt to return an item after the 28 days these will not be accepted and your order will be returned back to you and you will be liable for postage. The only time we may accept returns after the 28 days is when the item is clearly faulty. If you believe your item to be faulty, please email clear pictures of the fault to us at

You are responsible for the returning parcel until it reaches us, so please be sure to keep proof of purchases safe in case you need to contact us about your return. This is why it is important to make sure your package is sealed securely.



We currently don’t offer exchanges for different sizes. If you would like to exchange for a different size, simply return the unwanted size and re-order the correct sizing.
